Detailed on-site orientation, covering site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), incident report writing, client expectations, safety protocols, and confidentiality agreements.

FORMAL CONTINUOUS TRAINING:
Monthly training sessions, covering topics like de-escalation, defensive tactics, company culture & medical training.

SUPERVISORY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING:
Specialized development program for supervisors, including ASIS training for Security Specialists and Field Training Officers (FTOs) to ensure they are adequately prepared for their roles.

TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE GUARD SERVICES:
ESP Pros offers exclusive trauma-informed care guard services, where agents are trained to identify and empathetically respond to signs of traumatic stress. We are committed to offering trauma-informed care protective security services. This approach acknowledges the potential for past trauma among individuals encountered by our agents and is designed to avoid re-traumatization. Agents learn to recognize signs of traumatic stress, respond using empathy and understanding, and prioritize safety.

ANNUAL RETRAINING AND RECERTIFICATION:
ESP mandates Field Training officers (FTO) complete OSHA 30 hour training course and regular refresher courses every 3 years. Agents receive 32 hours of mandatory training for license renewal, along with specialized training for armed agents, such as tactical simulations and live-fire sessions.

JOB AND TASK SPECIFIC TRAINING (OJT):
Training on incident report writing, de-escalation tactics, threat recognition & integration with clients' company culture.
